Cellcraft has launched Cellcraft IQ, an AI-powered operating system designed to bring real-time adaptive control to bioreactors. This system addresses a critical bottleneck in scaling cultivated meat and broader biomanufacturing by shifting operations from static processes to those that continuously adapt to cellular behavior. Cellcraft IQ integrates with existing bioreactor infrastructure and sensors, utilizing underutilized data such as pH and temperature. Internal testing showed a 99% reduction in control error, a 98% improvement in precision, and a 45% reduction in settling time compared to conventional systems. These advancements lead to improved consistency, efficiency, and reduced batch failures. The company has begun commercial deployments, offering both advisory and fully automated modes, and is currently raising funding to expand its adoption.
