A table full of vegetables

Nearly three-quarters (73%) of flexitarian eaters in the UK wouldn’t select a plant-based item on a restaurant menu. That’s according to a new poll of 2,000 meat eaters conducted by plant-based alt-meat maker Vegetarian Butcher and Burger King UK. The poll also revealed that 48% of meat eaters in the UK report that they don’t eat plant-based options more often because they don’t believe they taste as good as the “real thing.”
