Tufts University has taken a significant leap in academic innovation by introducing the world’s first and only undergraduate minor in cellular agriculture (cell ag). This new program, part of both the School of Engineering and the School of Arts and Sciences, is designed to prepare students for pioneering roles in the rapidly evolving field of sustainable food technology.
