The data collected in the current 10-liter scale production runs provide a foundation for evaluating the economics in larger bioreactors. The continuous production and differentiation processes are structured to be adaptable to large industrial systems, by using well established and proven as scalable equipment and processes.

Techno-economic analysis of the production system indicates a Cost of Production of $11.8 per pound without depreciation and $13.4 per pound with depreciation when utilizing a 25K scale, within the range of pasture-raised chicken in the US.
