RSSL, in partnership with Imperial College London and The Supplant Company, has secured funding from Innovate UK to establish the UK’s first Novel Foods Expert Network (NFX UK). This pioneering platform aims to accelerate innovation in the novel foods sector by serving as a central hub for learning resources, promoting connections between innovators, and fostering positive exchange with regulatory authorities. NFX UK will support the UK government’s vision of streamlining regulatory processes for novel foods, helping establish the country as a global leader in food technology innovation and commercialization.
