From cells to real meat
The Good Food Institute (GFI) announced CEO Ilya Sheyman’s departure, effective June 2, 2025, prompting a nationwide search for his successor. Sheyman, who joined GFI in 2022 cited a desire to address urgent local challenges. Jessica Almy, GFI’s senior VP of policy, will serve as interim CEO during the transition.
