Indian cultivated meat company ClearMeat has partnered with the National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM-K), a government-backed institution under the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, to advance biotech and foodtech innovation. As India’s first cultivated meat firm, ClearMeat, a 2019 ProVeg Incubator alum, produces serum-free cultivated steak and keema.
