Cultivate at Scale, a Netherlands-based open-access cellular agriculture facility, has partnered with German bioprocessing firm Sartorius to accelerate cultivated meat commercialization. The collaboration aims to enhance scale-up efficiency and accessibility by integrating Sartorius’ bioprocessing technologies, including a newly installed 1,000-liter bioreactor, alongside scientific expertise and training. Launched in January 2025 as a Mosa Meat spinoff, Cultivate at Scale provides infrastructure, lab space, and process optimization support for cellular agriculture companies while validating new equipment with tech vendors. This partnership marks a significant step toward industrializing cultivated meat, leveraging Sartorius’ resources to streamline production scalability and commercial viability.
