But when Vow unveils a Mammoth meatball or The Atlantic writes about “unicorn meat,” however unseriously or PR-stunty, the general public sees the headlines and connects the very real cultivated meat sector with science fiction-type experiments. That, he says, will only hamper consumer adoption.
