Juicy Marbles has expanded its plant-based offerings with the launch of Kinda Salmon, a whole-cut, raw salmon alternative created in collaboration with the Austrian startup, Revo Foods. This new product is the second in the “Juicy Marbles & Friends” series, following the successful and quickly sold-out release of Kinda Cod. Designed to address the market’s demand for versatile, unbreaded plant-based fish products, Kinda Salmon features a unique texture and a subtle flavor, making it suitable for various cooking methods. It’s packed with 13 grams of protein per serving, as well as essential nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids from microalgae oil, Vitamin B12, and folate. The partnership allows Juicy Marbles to distribute the product in the US, while Revo Foods gains a foothold in the American market.
