Magic Valley, an Australian company that uses induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) technology to produce cultivated lamb and pork, has partnered with the US-based machine learning company Pythag Tech. Magic Valley’s CEO, Paul Bevan, has called the partnership a “game-changer” for their plans to commercialize cultivated meat. By integrating Pythag Tech’s AI-powered platform, Magic Valley aims to reduce production costs, improve efficiency, and accelerate its path to commercial scale. This collaboration is intended to help the company transition from a science project to a scalable system, ultimately making cultivated meat more widely available while also reducing waste and manual experimentation.
