Silicon Valley cultured meat firm Orbillion Bio announced that it has successfully scaled the production of its cultured beef muscle cells in North America, Europe and Asia.

The company’s point of differentiation is that they use only muscle and fat cells without genetic modification or other adaptive processes to increase cellular growth. Instead, cells go directly from biopsy to scale up, driven by advanced computational models and AI, accelerating the company’s path to product while keeping development costs low.
