FORZA10, an Italian pet food brand, launched Coolty Meat at Interzoo 2026, a complete wet dog food containing cultivated meat. This product, developed with Czech biotech company BeneMeat, is described as the world’s first commercial launch of complete pet food based on cultivated meat and the first commercial application of this technology in the European Union’s pet food sector. Coolty Meat is a monoprotein formulation with 26% cultivated meat, designed for dogs with food intolerances, offering high nutritional quality and digestibility while being free from antibiotics, hormones, and preservatives. BeneMeat, which legally produces cultivated meat for pet food in the EU, supplied the ingredient, highlighting its controlled production and reduced environmental impact.
